Info Hub privacy policy

This policy covers Info Hub's optional email feature.

With account authorization, the feature reads email message content and metadata to retain, display, or read messages aloud. Read-only permission does not allow sending or deleting mail.

Retained message copies remain until the operator removes them. Authorization credentials are stored separately from retained message data under restricted access.

Providers supporting authorization, delivery, and Alexa responses may process the data needed for those functions, including Google and Amazon Alexa.

Revoking Google access stops future reads but does not automatically erase retained copies or backups. Contact the app support email shown on the Google authorization screen with privacy or removal questions.

The feature's use and transfer of Google API information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
